Montech Chooses A New Direction With The Sky Two GX Case
Fancy Spending $90 For A Flexible Case?
The Montech Sky Two GX differs from their original case in several ways, but they kept the price in the same range. The case ships with three 140mm fans in the front, by Montech didn’t install one in the back. The case will still accept a 120mm fan in the back, or a similarly sized radiator, as well as three 120/140mm on the top, another two on the bottom and even two more on the side panel. That gives you a lot of choice for cooling, and TechPowerUp’s thermal testing shows the case is already quite capable as it ships, so more cooling will only improve the performance.

The Montech Sky Two GX is a variation on the original Sky Two with a more traditional look, by sticking to a singular glass side panel and mesh front. On top of that, Montech improved several aspects and made the case taller to accommodate bigger liquid cooling setups.
